The prototype implements durable operation identity, userscript install/update/restore, virtual tab and provider bindings, observed submission postconditions, restart deduplication and a bounded evaluation call.
The one-shot runner syntax-checked and built three modules, passed 7/7 tests, described the runtime and verified authenticated loopback /call execution.
The first one-shot run failed because the local Volta/npm installation could not load npm-prefix.js. The runner was repaired to invoke the active Node executable directly, then rerun successfully.

The immediate work is no longer “extend Local Repomix into peer leasing before the extension.” The superseding lane is to wire the verified semantic calls into ScriptCat’s canonical registry, update and hot-reload paths, then pair them with the local node boundary.
The executable model reduces ambiguity in the contracts and tests, but it does not replace source assimilation into the actual ScriptCat extension. Browser effects remain virtual in this harness, and the production Rust server remains future implementation work.
